    I have to say I am disappointed with my order. Don't get me wrong I love the couch, but it was the service that really got me annoyed. After ordering the couch I had the expected delivery time as it stated to be around 2-4 weeks. After waiting and the couch never showed, I started reaching out to InMod's customer service. They apparently said that my couch was "custom ordered" and that it would be 8 weeks for delivery. The customization was the legs, which are screw on and the fabric, which the factory already has.   • Low quality, takes forever



    Their made to order items look really nice in design, but the quality isn't as good as I had hoped it would be. I guess that's just what I get for not wanting to spend more (I'll blame myself for that one). My biggest issue is the time frame, though. I was promised that this item would be handmade in China, shipped out, and received by their warehouse in NJ in 8-10 weeks. Fast forward almost 15 weeks and I finally got it.     buying from this online furniture store is a nightmare. like others, i had no communication after point of sale. i had to keep following up. after the promised 8-10 week delivery date, my furniture was delayed for 20 weeks. it was horrible. the offered a full refund or an extra 10% off. it wasn't enough to compensate for a poor experience.   • Very poor customer service



    I ordered a custom duvet cover on 8/3/08. The time listed on the site to receive the merchandise was 4-6 weeks. I placed an iquiry about the merchandise on 10/3/08 saying that if I did not get the merchandise in 2 weeks, I needed to cancel the order (at that time it had been 9 weeks). On 10/30/08, I noticed the charge hit my credit card, called them immediately, and was told they only take cancellations via email. Subsequently I was told that custom merchandise cannot be returned. TOTALLY FINE, except 13-14 weeks is unacceptable for delivery time on a duvet cover that costs $659. They... More...

  • HORRIBLE customer service



    ordered a very expensive light from here. it was on back order and they did not give me an estimated ship date. it arrived while i was away on vacation. when i returned, i opened the box to see the light was damaged in transit and looked nothing like it did in the picture online. i called them to get a return label and asked that it be replaced - they said it was past the 7 day return policy and refused to take it back! i explained i was on vacation when it arrived and they refused to do anything for me. worst example of customer service i've ever encountered.
